Request you all to kindly check and update your task manager daily. Please revert to all the concerns with timeliness for each task. If the task is taking longer then usual to close kindly revise the task closure timings and inform the same to the recipient. Incase you find System glitch or difficult to operate or understanding, please reach out to Vamshi for additional support. All HOD must participate twice a day to make it a success.
Onus of closure for COCO tickets is a responsibility of Nilesh currently who will coordinate through and through till completion of each task. Similarly ownership of closure for FOFO tickets is a responsibility of Priya. (period)
Additionally internal allotted task or forwarded task till completion is responsibility of that department head. Having said that i expect a great responsibility and ownership from my fellow HOD's to make this ecosystem a complete success. This is the first step to ensure communication is passed and proactive calls are made.
